Principles and instruments to foster the development of global markets for powerfuels". The paper contains the Alliance's principles and guidelines for the development of a market for gaseous and liquid fuels generated from renewable energy sources. It also makes recommendations for policy instruments and framework conditions that would accelerate demand for powerfuels in all sectors.
